Recovery and 12-step Support Groups
The Living Free Group
Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 am-1:00 pm in the Counseling Centre building . These groups meet year round, are psycho-educational in nature, designed to help those with compulsive and addictive behaviors and provide an understanding of the 12 Step process and gain relapse prevention skills.
Open enrollment. To register for this class call the Counseling Centre at 814-337-6180. These groups may be covered by your insurance provider. Please call office manager for information.
New Directions Group
New Directions groups meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 am-1:00 pm in the Counseling Centre. These groups meet year round, are psycho-educational in nature, and designed to decrease depression and anxiety issues symptoms as well as offer support.

12 Step Groups
An NA meeting meets here, Mondays at 6:00 pm
Divorce Care
A 13 week DVD based discussion that meets Mondays at 7:00 PM
in the Counseling Centre
Special interest groups are added throughout the year and will be posted as they occur.
