Shawn Amy
- Pastor of Worship Arts
Shawn Amy joined the staff part-time in October 2006 and later became full time Pastor of Worship Arts in February 2007 .
He is a graduate of Allegheny College with a major in Environmental Science and a minor in Vocal Music. He spent several years as a secondary science teacher before becoming the worship leader at Crossroads Community Church and later at Townville United Methodist.
Shawn has a passion for teaching others truths about God, a heart for service, a love for the elderly and peacemaking, and a desire to help people fully understand worship as not just singing but as entering into the presence of God.
Currently he lives in Townville with his wife Carrie and their six children; Michael, Elizabeth, Sarah, Matthew, John, and Josiah.
